I want to keep this short and to the point….These 2 individuals that came to my restaurant this past Monday at Maekha Thai could not have been any more professional, personable, just so caring about the end result of the work they were performing. They treated this as if it were their own restaurant and made sure through the whole process that I was given the details needed to understand what they were doing and why!!! Scott, I believe may be the owner, not sure, but everyone in the front office needs to be aware that as an employer myself you really are fortunate to have these 2 as a team effort…WOW!! Anyone looking for great work, good attitudes, cleaning up after the work is done this is your company to deal with. Over and Out…Roger, Wilko!!

I just completed a commercial kitchen build out and it would not have been possible without the expertise of Scott and his team at One Call Ventilation. These guys helped engineer, fabricate, and install a very impressive system. We were faced with many challenges both structurally and through the permitting process. This was our first time opening up a food stall in Burlington. We had problems left and right but One Call helped us resolve all of them. I’ve been in restaurant business for over 20, one call ventilation is by far the best company we have used. They do it all, repairs in the middle of the night and do cleanings. Our hoods have never been cleaner, the go to the roof rain or shine. I would recommend them to anyone, having a hood system.

ONE CALL; they do it ALL!!! These guys have got to be the most professional down to earth individuals I’ve ever dealt with. I contacted this company to install a hood system for my pizzeria. What we thought was an easy project turned into a nightmare! Scott, Kevin and the rest of the team went out of their way working with the obstacle course the town put us through. No extra charge. No hidden games. These guys always checked in with me; continued to work with my other contractors and town inspectors to make sure installation was done properly. Customer service is not dead! Even better than the job they do is the service they provide. Restaurant managers don’t have time to stress about preventative maintenance more than they have to. Literally, one call and it’s all set. Follow up, reminder calls… one less thing I have to worry about.
